A Favorite Past Time Of Ours

Dal's B-day

So this is a little late, but Dallin turned 4 a couple of weeks ago. He got to open his birthday presents first thing in the morning because that is what Russ's family always did. Dallin remembered that tradition from last year so he made sure to remind me of that the night before. That day we went to the childrens' museum with some friends, and later out to lunch with a friend who recently moved out of our ward.  That night we went to Chuck-E-Cheese and back home for Captain America cake. Overall, it was a fun day.

Primary Spotlight

Dallin was the junior Primary Spotlight today at church. For spotlight the other students in the child's class are asked beforehand what they think about the spotlight child. The answers are read in primary. Many of the answers can be pretty generic, like she is pretty or he is nice. Here is what Dallin's class had to say. See if they got it right....

Trick or Treat! They made a haul.

We sing a lot in our house. I have been singing the States song to Dallin for the last month or so. He has it about down now.
