Laughing Dallin

Russ was "pestering" Dallin (as Grandma Kathi calls it) to try to get him to laugh. I don't know why the camera wouldn't focus.

You Decide

We were trying to decide who Dallin looks most like. I'm the one on top. Dallin is the middle picture. Russ is the bottom picture. Who do you think he looks like?

Sick Baby

I just got back from taking Dallin to the doctors. He has been stuffy and fussy. I've been worried, but Russ thought I was over reacting. When Ashley called and said her kids were sick (we were all together Sunday) I decided to take him in. He has an upper respiratory viral infection. The Dr. said keep a close eye on him. If the cold moves down into his lungs it leads to RSV. Hopefully all the sleep he has been getting will help him recover quickly. He's taking the cold rather well. When you hold and rock him you can still get him to coo and smile at you. Russ and I were blessed with a really good baby. Not only do I pray he doesn't get any sicker, I hope he's better by Feb 4th. That's when I head back to work and if he can't go to daycare, I'm not quite sure what to do.

PSE Tutorials

I found a free weekly podcast that shows different photoshop element techniques. The guy uses PSE6 I think, so anyone who has that will be better able to follow what he does. Some of it I had to improvise. I think it still turned out ok. The chalk drawing one I got from www.photoshopelementsuser.com. They have a few free tutorials near the bottom of the page. Brynlee makes a cute test subject, doesn't she? :)

Dallin's Baby Blessing

Sunday we had Dallin's baby blessing. It was quite the crazy day. I had to teach in Relief Society. That was stressful alone. By to make it worst, it dumped snow all morning and afternoon. Luckily everyone made it ok through the canyons. In the end I think it turned out good. I had fun anyways.
