Bountiful Baskets

So a couple times in the past month I have heard about Bountiful Baskets from a couple different people. I finally decided to give it a try. Bountiful Baskets is a co-op in Utah and Arizona where you get inexpensive fresh produce every other week. This is my first time trying it and this is what I got: 2 large containers of grapes (they ran out of cherries so get there early if you do it), strawberries, bananas, apples, plums, tomatoes, zucchini, cauliflower, celery, lettuce, and a big pile of fresh green beans. It's $15+tax (extra $3 your first time). So you tell me, do you think this is a good amount of fresh produce for $15? It defiantly looked fresher to me than what you find in the store.

We joined the Community Co-op of Utah last month. It's only once a month though but it includes meat as well. It's 23(no tax) for a full share or 14 for a half. It seems similar to what you are doing. You can check it out at www.foodco-op.net.

I would love to do this. I wonder if there is anything like this in NC?!
