Craft Time

So Dallin and I ventured out in the car today. We didn't go far. We just drove to the local Dollar Tree. I realize that I have nothing fun to entertain Dallin with for long, so we went shopping. We decided to make monster puppets. We also made homemade microwave popcorn. I know, I didn't believe it would work either, but it did! Check it here.

Two pictures because one you can't see Dallin's face and the other you can;t see my puppet. I know you wanted to see my mad puppet making skills.

And don't think you are all off the hook for this last post. Not unless all those moms I know just let their kids watch TV all day. I doubt that's the truth. :)

Those really are some mad puppet skillz (and notice I used the "z" in "skillz" because it sounds more gangsta that way!) anywho, you are a good mom Nicole. I would give you some ideas because you would think I'd have some after a whole summer off, but sadly Elle is still entertained by walking around the house and bringing me things. I don't think I could say the same thing about Dallin. I'm no help, sorry.

Wow! Your puppet skills are really quite impressive. I'm jealous that no one will make puppets with me. They remind me of those puppets in the Fandango commercials. You know what I am talking about? ... Anyways, I do not have any children (and since I am not married I hope to not have any for quite awhile), but what about activites like finger painting, putting popcorn on a string, play dough, puzzles, trains, etc.. etc... I dunno if those are lame ideas...
