Last year I bought a gingerbread shaped pan for $2 after Christmas. I
thought it would be easier than making real gingerbread houses in the
future. I am glad to report it was a hit at our house. Dallin was extra
restless the other day so I pulled it out, all ready to bake a cookie in
the pan when I read the suggestion to use rice crispy treats. Bingo!
That was it. I had fruit pebbles and colored marshmallows. This was
going to be soooo easy. Best part was that I just made the rice crispy
treats in the microwave, so Dallin got to do most of it.

Tomorrow we are going to have "gingerbread" pizza. I'll let you know how it turns out.
