I hope anyway. Today I went running/walking 3 miles. I started listening to a podcast that follows the "couch to 5k" program. I actually feel really good after going. I thought maybe I would be more accountable for my progress if I share it with all of you. Keep me honest. :)

Way to go, I aspire to get back in shape someday. I always have good intentions, but I just can't find that motivation.
