For Angels With Snow

I finally broke down and bought Dallin some snow boots last week.  We never really needed them in Utah, but now we don't have a carport and the wind always blows, there are always deep snow drifts in parking lot around the car. He would always want to be carried so that he wouldn't get snow in his shoes. That has stopped since getting the boots.

So I convinced him that he would like to play in the snow if he was all bundled up. He was asking to make snow angels (He saw it on Special Agent Oso, in case any of you have seen that one.) He played outside for about 20 minutes. Not very long, but he had fun. Here are some pictures and a video of him making snow angels. I think it's funny to watch him throw himself down.

After, he got all bundled up in a blanket and had chocolate soy milk (I offer hot chocolate, but he wanted the soy milk) and got to watch How The Grinch Stole Christmas. Maybe he will brave it out there again. It's been pretty cold, only 20 today, but he didn't mind too much.
